Advanced user of HotPadsI love hotpads because it compiles information from multiple sources to give you the most in depth information about certain listings. It is the one stop shop that I use to not only find rentals, but to use to compare to current things on the market.
The one thing I dislike is how sometimes you can't contact sellers or agents directly. They have a way of going around direct email or contact information, which can sometimes be frustrating when you're trying to complie more information about a listing.
I would go to HotPads before checking any other sites for leasing or purchasing property. It compiles a ton of information that would be useful to anybody in the market for a product like this. It is a great tool that has helped me further my career.
