I did several market research on the internet looking for a channel manager for whom I don't have to spend high amounts. I have always looked for Italian products but finding nothing, I looked out over the world and found HotelRunner. At first I was doubtful, a Turkish product gave me perplexity. But over time I realized that I had made one of the best choices of my life.
They are very professional, punctual, precise.
They always answered all my inquiries quickly and always resolutely. For bureaucratic problems we had to close the business for a year and they were very kind, they understood the problem, and they interrupted the subscription fee for the closing period. No one else would have done so. They would close the service and then start over at the right time
