What do you like best?
It is able to manage room reservation ,check -ins ,financial forecasting and reporting , revenue management ,events management and much anything you might needy to run your hotel.
What do you dislike?
It requires regular usage of internet hence expensive for relatively small hotels.

It provides continually synced between systems .This means that as soon as your last room is sold the channels are closed out and no one can book preventing over booking.
