What do you like best?
Customer service is courteous and knowledgeable. They did their best to assist me with my problem and made sure that all of my questions were addressed. I have a number of hosting accounts with various Hostinger services, and this is the first time I've used Hostinger. They offer low-cost hosting plans that are jam-packed with the functionality you'll need to excel online. Darius' service has exceeded my expectations. He did an excellent and competent work. Hostinger's customer support is easy to contact. You can converse with them, and they can converse with you.
What do you dislike?
There's nothing I don't like. I used to use cpanel, but Hostinger now offers hpanel (you can have cpanal for a additinal fee if you want). For my desires, hpanel suffices. However, I believe it is reasonable to choose your own admin panel for the cheap rate they sell.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get to think of scalability. Hostinger will not allow your databases to expand larger than 6GB in size, even though you pay for it. They can be archived, blocked, or deleted if they become too big. If you believe your company's data could become bigger than Hostinger can handle, such as common online gaming platforms, get your site ready to use Amazon Web Services for huge databases.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Web shared storage, cloud hosting, domains, SSL, emails... all runs smoothly and quickly, and the fact that they have servers in different locations around the world helps me to link my clients to the closest site, so that they don't experience any lags.
They make it easy for me to build and handle new accounts for my clients, and they guide me in the process in the most efficient manner possible for both my clients and myself.
