What do you like best?
Very pleased with the platform and the cost of the platform.
The ability to have live expo booths, unlimited on-going seminars and a main stage was a big plus.
This was the closest software that we found that resembled the live event industry. It's easy for attendees to navigate the platform.
The platform is easy to use as an event promoter.
Exhibitors were very happy with the platform and its functionality.
They are continually improving.
What do you dislike?
When you click a session in the reception area, the link should take you to that specific session - not to the sessions area.
When you exit an expo booth - the system takes you back to the top of the expo booths. If you have 50+ booths, people are getting frustrated having to scroll down as often as they are.
Some people have issues getting into the event after they get a ticket. They are confused when they return to use the ticket on the day of and miss the signing button.
The entry-level pricing provides for a great platform. I would love to have access to the more advanced features, but they are too prices for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It works - as advertised
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The platform will approximate a brick and mortar consumer show quite well, and handle the volume of attendees nicely. In many respects it is a better environment than a live show - the public can see far better and in more close-up detail, it's more convenient for the public than travelling to an event, more people can view or be in an expo booth than in a brick and mortar show.
