HoneyBook is the perfect tool for entrepreneurs!
What do you like best?
Honeybook has helped me stay on top of my tasks, and stay completley organized with all of my clients. Even in my busiest months, I don't feel like I'm forgetting to send someone something, or missing a meeting, or have overlooked and overdue payment. It keeps all of my most important aspects of my business under one roof! And, it has some of the best customer support I've ever encountered with a platform. They have endless tools to help you stay even more organized, and help you with your business growth.
What do you dislike?
The only downside of using Honeybook is that for me, as a photographer, there are little integrations with other systems that I use for my business. However, I knew that going into using Honeybook, and the perks have definitely won over the small minuses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd recommend anybody to simply chat with their customer support. Any time I've called or chatted with them, I've been blown away by the support and help I've received. They do their best to help you in any way they can.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Well, the obvious ones like client management, sending contracts, having a consistent platform for all of my clients booking process. But their new scheduling tool is amazing and I've been using it a ton to schedule meetings and calls! Just another thing to help me feel nice and organized!
