What do you like best?

I like the automation that the application provides, enabling me to do more things. I do not have to deal with keeping track of mundane tasks that Hold My Ticket does for me now. I can now better serve my clients with the extra time that I have. The best feature is that it sells tickets for me without my intervention or handholding. It saves me a ton of time.

What do you dislike?

The application does not provide a personal interaction, but none of them can. Some people prefer the automation that Hold My Ticket provides, enabling them to do much more in their newfound free time.
