Advanced user of HiringSolvedIt provides insight into your candidate pool of candidates who have already applied to your company therefore have shown interest in the company.
It only looks at your current ATS system vs. ATS + Public Profiles
Great for a company that needs to organize their applicant data and get insights into their active talent pool. However, it does not provide any public candidates, so if you have a small amount of applicants and/or do most of your recruiting through sourcing it may not be a good tool. They mentioned the smallest amount of records they have seen is about 50k records in an ATS. My concern is that if you are looking at diversity data for your current active candidate pool and not spending time to gain more diverse candidates, how are you actually enriching your candidate pool. This system will not be able to provide that.
