What do you like best?

Loom, vidyard, wistia are great but I've never understood why they make you subscribe to their highest tiers to get api access.

Seems like sending engagement data from your marketing and sales videos to your CRM would be a standard thing.

I send outreach campaigns for clients and this is the only video tool I recommend. It integrates seamlessly into Hubspot and has a lot of valuable internal features as well including dynamic variables and custom landing pages.

What do you dislike?

It could be slightly easier to use but as with my "hidden gem" tools once you realize that it cna do the main thing you're looking for... attribute individual video views and send that information to the correct lead in Hubspot... how the interface looks is mostly irrelevant.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use it or at least give it a try - especially if you use Hubspot. If you're not tracking engagement on a per lead basis for the videos you create... why?
