What do you like best?

For compliance and risk departments, it's great they have a specific solution to help them tick the boxes they need to tick.

What do you dislike?

Utterly awful UX — the software feels like a Microsoft Sharepoint page from 1998. Upon completing a lengthy process for a client, our responses were lost and we had to begin the process all over again.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are users of Hiperos 3PM, using it when our business needs to adhere to policies established by our clients. Our first use of Hiperos was to complete an anti-corruption questionnaire provided by the risk department of the company who hired us. Completing the questionnaire allowed us to do business with them.
