What do you like best?

When I worked for PTL we used this to assist in guestimating trip time, eta's for pick up and deliveries, tracking loads with our qual coms and also to keep up with our drivers hours stops and start times. This was a life saver when having to track loads and when trying to assist in planning loads with our brokers.

What do you dislike?

I disliked that it was a bit slow on our systems and that it didn't do every thing we needed and so we had to use several other programs to be able to completely do our job. I just wish that this could have covered everything. Also had to have multiple windows of this system up to be able to utilize this as efficiently as needed.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We used this to track our trucks on the way to pick up and delivery. Guestimate speed and etas. Help to check the drivers hours. Put drivers on loads and keep track of the load info, the load rate as well as instructions with the load special pick up or delivery instructions directions ect.
