What do you like best?
There is no better than HeyOrca. Not only is the platform completely user friendly but if you do run into any issues, their staff is easily accessible and readily available to help with anything. All my clients are in one place and it is super easy to have them log in and explain what is what, make any changes, get approvals, etc.
What do you dislike?
The only two things I would have to say I dislike are that there are SO many notifications and I seem to have to reauthorize my clients very often. Reauthorizing happens almost once a month and can be very irritating.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you manage more than one client and need a place to manage all of them in one space, HeyOrca is the best option for you. They also offer a "grid view" option where you can plan out your feed and see what your IG feed will look like. Client approvals are easy and revisions can be made efficiently.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
HeyOrca has made it super simple to keep my clients organized and have automatic publishing. They are constantly doing testing to improve their services, they reach out to us for zoom meetings to ask questions, get feedback etc.
