What do you like best?

What I really enjoyed is that I could send faxes for free without leaving home. I had to do this for student loans when I was living abroad, do Hello Fax was a savior.

What do you dislike?

I was worried that the transmission wouldn't go through, even though it almost always did. In one case (IIRC) the fax just wouldn't go through, but I don't think this is any different than using a regular fax machine.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Just try it. I think you'll find that it lives up to the hype: simple, efficient and reliable.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Simple. I don't have to pay a fee to fax something at a local office supply store, and I don't need to buy a fax machine. I send everything online and have digital records I can save to my laptop.
