What do you like best?

There's nothing easy about this system. The best thing is well, nothing! Healthpac is run by awful people and their systems support suck.

What do you dislike?

Healthpac billing systems is an awful system for any DME companies or companies that ship anything. The program is ok for just physician billing. It is an awful system for billing and collections. It's not easy for any billing or collections person to keep up with aging.

There is no way I could recommend this system, RUN RUN RUN!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Healthpac is a difficult system to set up and even harder to manage in most cases. There are no benefits to be realized from this system.
