It's alright

What do you like best?

It's not the best software. We used it to document clients at elder services. It glitched and went down a lot.

What do you dislike?

The glitches and going down was really frustrating. Sometimes it would be out all day.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It stores client information, so we use it to document home visits and it's nice to have a place where these things are recorded, but it needs to be stronger or better laid out or something, because it's glitchy.
