What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It allows my HR team to increase their knowledge and skills as well as myself, allowing us to better serve our organization. I have realized an increase in my skills and knowledge when it comes to Human Capital metrics and how to align them with my organization to help them meet their goals
