Useful product

What do you like best?

Haystack CRM is pretty easy to use, if you've operated within the Microsoft Office ecosystem or computers in general within the last 10 years you can probably figure out Haystack. For the more advanced functions you'll need to spend some time getting into the system.

What do you dislike?

It's not super intuitive to setup Haystack. I had to have another user in my office walk me thru the initial setup. After that I was good to go.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Try it out, I found Haystack CRM helped me considerably and saved time and energy to focus on other tasks. I'd talk to others in your office to see if they have used the product and if so ask them to walk you thru the setup and assist with setting up your preferences, etc. Also consider if your task warrants a standalone product. If you are doing the same time consuming task over and over then this product will help you but if you just need to search occasionally in a small data set this may no be exactly what you're looking for.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I compare excel spreadsheet to DoD NSNs looking for matches, a few hundred at a time. Cuts down my workload quite a bit.
