Horribly Unreliable: Otherwise a Good Product
What do you like best?
I can only speak comparatively; this was a much more modern system than what we had used in times past.
What do you dislike?
Reliability is just awful. Way too frequent, do we have issues where some or all of our users lose work or are locked out of the system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You somehow need to verify that downtime and loss of work will not be an issue. I wouldn't sign a contract with any less than 2 hours downtime per fiscal year.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The reports functionality has been a plus. It allows for large workflows/numbers of tasks to be completed in a day, but again, reliability for the past 5 months (as of December 2020) has been bad.
