What do you like best?

It's easy for donors and campaign set up is a simple process. Support is responsive

What do you dislike?

Parsing through donor info is a clumsy and frustrating task for each campaign.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

There is no clear and efficient way to get the donor info and gift history in the campaign management interface. The gift information is split between two pages instead of providing all information in a single page to aid the gift entry process on our end.
