Advanced user of HALO Home Health CareEase of use and convenience. Halo is very easy to setup and use. It allows us to connect with any of our clients providers quickly and gets us responses an average of 24 hours faster than a phone call .
Requires special app/IT assistance. Our ID department is required to approve installation which causes a delay. We also experienced glitches where screens froze when trying to use the app. When used on the computer along these issues didn't exist.
Use this for confidential communication across providers especially if your conversations are time sensitive or a client's treatment plan depends on communication.
Communication between staff and other providers of our clients is the most significant benefit. It's allowed us to collaborate around client care and make conclusions about course of treatment much faster than in person meetings. This is very important in our field to ensure clients get the most efficient care possible.
