Guidewire Billing: Everything under one location
What do you like best?
Billing centre has plenty of actions to take control of how our customers payments are made, suspended and canceled. There's also plenty of information about history of payments which is very useful as an insurance representative.
What do you dislike?
Information is everywhere. It can be very overwhelming when it comes to where to find what. As well as this, some side tabs are very oddly named, making it hard to understand what category of information the menu contains.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With so much information everywhere on various menus, a word of advice from myself would to be sure that you understand all of this information. It will make the user experience a bit easier for you.

I've been checking the history of customer payments to advise and inform what they need to do for future installments. I've also used Guidewire Billing to take Smartpayments on overdue costs in order to put customers make to a safer financial position.
