What do you like best?
I love the Intuitive interface, the ease of implementation, and the automation that has helped to dramatically increase our efficiency. I love that our customers now have additional transparency into our processes and know exactly what they need to do and when, to help keep the project on track.
What do you dislike?
There are no downsides. Simply the best tool in the space.

If you are considering a project management/client onboarding tool, GuideCX is the clear-cut leader and should be what you are comparing everything else to. The solution is the best out there and the price and terms are minimal when you look at the overall benefits and ROI. For us, it has paid for itself within month 1 of its use.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are a medium-sized semi-custom home builder that has struggled with adopting and implementing tech solutions in the past and as a result, we have been slogging away with the same archaic processes and tools for 15+ years. GuideCX has changed things pretty dramatically for us, finally giving our customers insights into our building process that they have never had before. They know exactly what is expected of them and can see all of the work and each step of the building process that is happening throughout the build process.
Some of the main benefits we have already seen within our first month are: Increased efficiency for internal processes, greater transparency for customers, increased accountability for internal teams and external customers, and increased efficiency that will help to cut down the length of time it takes for customers to make decisions and reduce our overall build time.
