Use Gruntify to build spatially enabled e-forms via a drag and drop interface – no coding needed. Then run inspections, access + edit company data in the field (videos, pictures, audio files, forms, AR, GPS, etc.) – all from your mobile devices.

Intuitive System for BCM and OSH Programmes

What do you like best?

Gruntify is an intuitively designed and easy-to-use system that can be implemented for most Business Continuity and Office Safety & Health programmes.

There are no complicated coding or tech requirements needed, which is very helpful when rolling out the system to a "multi-generational" team. Forms are easy to build and edit, whether that's creating a new form from scratch or simply adopting the available templates built into the system. Some scenarios we definitely see ourselves using this for are natcat incident reporting (typhoon/earthquake being in a tropical country), motorcar incident with insurance claims, and daily hazard report (already templated in the system itself). The experience is comparable to creating a Google Form but obviously with more capabilities in terms of data specifications, reporting, and collection.

We like that Gruntify can be accessed from almost any kind of device (computer/mobile) and team members can submit data both online AND offline. This flexibility and accessibility is extremely important for our subsidiaries that operate in multiple project sites, some with areas that don't allow for bringing much equipment other than a phone or tablet or where there is unstable mobile data reception. Our status quo is collating data manually (consolidating Excel sheets) thrice a week, but you can imagine how tedious and time-consuming it is. With Gruntify we can shift to having all the data available in one system, saved in one Cloud, with one way of data submission, and cut the manual administrative task out entirely to free up our team members to work on other things.

What do you dislike?

No real complaints with the system so far, maybe just more options in terms of customising tasks accessible to different user roles to best fit our company's team structure. Other than that, it is a great system for automating many small but incredibly important tasks in BCM and OSH.
