What do you like best?

The output from GrowthOK's lead generation service was good. They were timely and produced almost exactly what I was expecting.

What do you dislike?

After our initial engagement, I noticed two additional, unauthorized credit card charges were processed. I suspected it was an honest mistake and reached out for support. Wilson, my contact at GrowthOK, responded from a personal email saying that the company had been acquired but offered no way for me to get support with the issue. Since then, I have contacted GrowthOK directly, as well as responded multiple times to Wilson, and have received no response.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There are numerous other companies providing this service. I would recommend speaking with colleagues and trusted peers to find an organization that has a strong track record.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

GrowthOK has potential as a business, but I cannot recommend them after this experience. I hope that the business is still in operation and that the team is able to address these communication issues for future customers.
