Advanced user of GrokdoI obviously love that I can try it for free! Beyond that it helps keep my team goal oriented. I also find it really helpful to be able to access PDF documents and maintain control over them within Grokdo. It makes signing documents a breeze as well as getting others to edit and contribute. It also seems fairly secure which is a plus and very important in my industry. I find that other applications or platforms that try to offer something similar are incredibly costly and on top of that, difficult to implement on a wide scale and not user friendly at all.
Not easy to seamlessly sync with my other productivity and communications tools such as calendars, to do lists, etc. Would benefit from better integration with various operating systems. It also becomes somewhat more complicated when trying to accomplish larger goals. I also find it hard to use with Google word processing tools such as sheets, docs, etc.
Evaluate exactly what you are trying to accomplish as a team and if this kind of platform is even applicable. Determine if the number of users you will require may be too many for this type of application. Also if you are looking for something super simple this may not be for you.
My team is able to stay on task and create real, achievable goals while maintaining a streamlined environment for communication! Everyone finds it user friendly which is a huge plus since most tools like this are NOT easy to use for everyone. I am excited for more features and upgrades they have in store for us in the future! Security is also very important when choosing a program or platform such as this one and I have never had any concerns regarding that at all.
