The software where I can make and track quotes with predesigned formats
What do you like best?
Within the same platform I can make the quotes, request the sales executive more details of the proposal that must be developed, it is very complete to manage the sales individually and of the team, a lot of effort is saved by having available formats that are filled in easily and exported to send to the customer, if there is any modification can be made on the same line of communication with the seller.
What do you dislike?
It took me about 45 minutes to understand how it works, I had to go to your YouTube channel to see some tutorials, I think it is not very intuitive but very interesting.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are in the implementation phase with the sales team, we have about 1 month using it and customer response times have improved, we no longer use keynote, word or excel to make the quotes.
