What do you like best?

It's very versatile within the confines of the CIviCore template and works well for small to mid-sized tracking for nonprofits. CiviCore also has an amazing customer support team that addresses any and all issues.

What do you dislike?

There are limitations to the CiviCore mainframe and the flexibility I would like to see with reporting and customization just isn't quite there yet.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are staying organized as far as deadlines, outcomes, and funding dollars received. We have become more efficient and streamlined as a result. The ability to seamlessly enter data and pull reports is critical to our success as an agency and allows for meticulous organization and result tracking.
