What do you like best?

The City Clerk's office is able to create a nice looking Agenda for the City Council meetings.

What do you dislike?

One of the biggest disappointments is formatting issues with Word - the system uses Word as the template for a staff report, but then Granicus is not compatible with all of Word's capabilities. Charts come out wonky, etc. We have to create Word-to-PDF attachments to staff reports to utilize charts. The staff reports in Granicus lack interest and creativity - so the larger dependence on attachments has become standard.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

For government agencies, consider how complicated or "creative" your City or City Council prefers staff reports to be. If basic paragraphs are sufficient, then Granicus will be fine. If your agency likes to utilize charts, tables, images, etc. in staff reports, then challenges will be expected with Granicus.
