The perfect Order Management for our digital advertising business

What do you like best?

It is an intuitive system and very easy to use, and in our case they have integration with our finance system which make the invoicing process much faster and with no mistakes. I really like too the order management feature because there we can have full control of our campaigns and if there is a change in an order or reservation we can do it with in a few clicks.

What do you dislike?

I personally do not have much complaints about the system, it is a great improvement from what we had before, and we see how is helping our growing digital division.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

An "order Management" system, is a great step ahead from only having a CRM, there is a big difference because they understand and have implemented workflows and aspects of the digital advertising business that you know only if you have experience in the industry, a normal CRM doest not have all of this. They do include a CRM module where you can manage contacts, activities and task but it's also a step ahead because it's capable to handle commissions for media agencies (important for revenue reports).

Main benefits are the speed that we have, overview of our business, and and very specific reports that allow us to see every product or to evaluate the performance of our sales reps.
