What do you like best?
When I signed up for the free trial, I did manage to set up everything myself, even though GoRamp logistics expert does that for you in a matter of hours. I think that shows that the system is simple and has all the needed features for medium-sized warehouse & corresponding transport capacities. Also, I like that I can access the software on my mobile. This helps me a lot as I'm in the warehouse and not in the office.
What do you dislike?
The only disadvantage is that there's not the dutch language in the system, however, most software I tested didn't have that. I don't know what is that, even though the Netherlands is one of the largest logistics markets in the world.
The app works perfectly on mobile, however, the UX seems to be optimized for desktop.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a simple yet reliable little tool to tackle those repetitive warehouse issues, GoRamp dock scheduling software does the job well!

Truck Congestion at loading points(Ramps) -
We usually had lines of trucks in the morning and sometimes in the evening, but this a clear schedule we manage to distribute the flow a lot better.
Other problems solved:
Inefficient communication via phone, email &, etc.
Fines paid for the carriers for waiting drivers;
Manual planning labor;
Unclear warehouse KPIs;
Uneven labor distribution throughout the day;
