They should Provide standalone application for linux and other OS. using web brower is very tedious job. Somtimes chat takes more time to load in web browser . also Whenever we are sending zip file using chat we need to store taht file in drive first and then we need to share the drive link instead of doing this they can integrate security check in chat itself for compressed file for vulnerability check.
