What do you like best?

Cloud services are like a gift from the Gods. Google offers apps that can be downloaded onto your cell phone and shared by invite, or often times if you're in a meeting or sharing ideas with a colleague you can even share via wifi or bluetooth. Cloud based storage has literally changed my life. I move quite frequently and sometimes it's difficult to hang on to external storage drives ... again, a total life saver.

What do you dislike?

I can't say that I have found anything at all that I dislike about Googles family of products. Everything is compact and can be found in one place, and they even offer web based phone forwarding services which I use for work and has helped keep me in touch with everyone throughout my several moves. All around incredible software.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Just ease of access. Saves time when having to re-compose lost documents, sharing, downloading, mobile access ... Time is so very precious in todays fast paced world, I just dont know what I would do if I had to tote around a laptop and external drive everywhere I went.
