What do you like best?

Godaddy is a very secure backup provider for our website and we are no longer concerned and worried about missing out on our data and content. And if sometimes any problem happened sot our computer it not just save the content but also assures the restoration. And also it has the capacity to store a bulk of data so its storage capacity is also admirable. Its customer support is very strong and is always ready to help its users and also helped us in understanding some elementary functions which we were unable to find and understand.

What do you dislike?

I wish its website portal would be easy. It took us time to learn it's working and what we were not able to understand was taught to us by its very helpful support team. But According to me, it should be made less tricky and more comforting.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

GoDaddy is perfect for all those being concerned about their data loss. It assures the backup of the website and also the restoration. Once we made a mistake and then we used our old backup in order to make things right. Its customer support team is very helpful and helped us on each step as we found working and using GoDaddy quite tricky but luckily its team helped us a lot and resolved all our queries professionally.
