What do you like best?

Nothing. I've been forced to use this to monitor my own email for a one man financial services company for compliance purposes, which made it utterly useless to me.

What do you dislike?

Now that I've shut the business down, they auto-renew a yearly contract and continue to charge me monthly. It's like a gym membership that is a never ending loop to end. I would highly recommend any service provider over Global Relay that has even an inkling of customer service.

I met my compliance requirements with the NFA, which I could have done elsewhere with a company that actually cares.
