Advanced user of GingrI like that access to the customers information is available. I like the different options to view things. I also like the simple menu.
I dislike that you cannot search for clients other than by name. The facility calender is difficult to use and to fix if mistakes are on it. It is not customized to our buisness in the best way.
Take a look around before fully using it.
It is supposed to help with checking customers in and out. The easiest part is refunding customers if needed.
