Troubleshooting a CaaS integration with Salesforce can be challenging and time consuming. In each case, the issue boiled down to configuration or our infrastructure, not Genesys. Multiple applications to support - would be nice to have one tool to set up and maintain.
Remote workers offshore and from home, Salesforce integration writes the call activity for the sales user saving them time to do more prospecting. Multiple LOBs and departments with different requirements all on one system.
