What do you like best?

I love the ease of collaboration gDocs provides. You are able tot truly work asynchronously on this platform and share information (and the right level of access) with people in a matter of minutes. My favorite features are the "suggestion mode" and the "view previous versions" so you can track changes over time.

What do you dislike?

Honestly, compared to anything else I have used, gdocs is my absolute favorite. I should say that we are a good suite company, so we use all those products which integrate so seamlessly together.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Solving problems of documentation for the company at large. All of the communication drafts we share here first. Google helps proofread and makes sure that things are spelled correctly and also make sense. My favorite benefit is just the ease of collaborating asynchronously with colleagues around the globe.
