It is highly an effective tool. The key features are automated alerts, customization and collaboration tools and integrations with other software.Anyone can manage contracts and vendor information, track workloads, monitor risk and store documents using Gatekeeper.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing to dislike about this tool considering that it has several features as mentioned in the above section.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Since, it is a cloud based solution/tool so we use this software for our organization purpose. We are using it for managing our contracts and vendor information, track workloads, monitor risk and store documents using Gatekeeper.
