What do you like best?
As we always say in our company, the opinion of the clients is what makes us grow and for this FullStory gives us the experience of collecting all the information and allows us to take a look at the experience of our clients from their point of view users.
What do you dislike?
It is not as affordable unlike other software, but it still offers a free trial. On the other hand, our work team noticed that it has problems in terms of its infrastructure since it tends to be very slow at times, especially if you have more than two applications open.

We invite those companies related to us to give FullStory a try as it provides built-in analysis trends that are quite useful for customer service.
