I like its easy to use nature. It is very friendly even to the first time users. All my team members are can use it without requiring must assistance. It has saved time that could have been spent on paperwork. Initially we used to spend lots of time in routine paperwork. Currently we do not require much paperwork as even the reporting system is cloud based.
I am yet to encounter any negativity related to the efficiency and the effectiveness of this software. However, I think the pricing should be adjusted to suit small businesses. The pricing is relatively expensive and suited for grown businesses.
