What do you like best?

I love that freecontactform is free. It can easily be integrated into any website via a plugin for any website that is built with Wordpress. That makes it super easy to use and easy to build upon.

What do you dislike?

There are not very many options to expand on the different use cases of contact forms or to customize with conditional logic, etc.

Having a contact form embedded on our website but is free. It is allowing us to collect information from our consumers and gather information from users across our website. It also has been used if users have any questions.
