What do you like best?

I like the easy accessibility to transfer money directly from one's bank account to the church organization without any hassle/fees.

What do you dislike?

I dislike the user interface and appearance of the app. I think it could be more aesthetic while still being organized and user friendly.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I was recommend that there would be a few other trial versions prior to launching the official app in order to receive input from users to enhance the features and usability.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The one difficulty is that not everyone is willing to play around with the features on the app and therefore people are less likely to use the app within the church organization.
