Advanced user of FranchiCzar OSIt's a nice Rolodex. You can make calls and SMS messages through the system and that seems to work ok.
The UI is antiquated. The system is slow. The features are not there. It's basically a Rolodex that sucks up a percentage of revenues. There is no marketing automation. You can't have HTML emails in the workflows which makes them useless. It a required tool of the franchise we are in because FranchiCzar owns our franchise system.
I am not solving any problems with FranchiCzar as I used another platform.
