Their customer service was second to none. Their ability to create highly customized solutions so we could provide our clients with exactly what they were wanting with their e-commerce... well, absolute lifesavers.
What do you dislike?
The user interface seems a bit old school (as of April 2021). But I'm told they're upgrading it soon!

Depending on how much you are customizing your cart and checkout, having an experienced Javascript developer and HTML experience went a long long way for us :)
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have used Foxy on x2 projects integrating with Webflow and it's helped us create very unique cart and checkout experiences for customers. The problems were being able to have a very customized sales flow that looked beautiful in Webflow, but also had a seamless checkout experience. Foxy allowed us to achieve this.
