I wish it were a totally seamless functional system for our needs.

What do you like best?

The employees are wonderful, they are helpful, responsive and really try to fix all of our issues. The HR side, Kelly Roque is amazing and always helpful as is her team.

What do you dislike?

We needed a robust system of Payroll, HR solutions, benefits and Time clock systems, you offer all and the systems do not talk to each other at all. It is an actual job to maneuver through everything that we need to accomplish, one of the most inefficient systems I have ever had to deal with. The employees are very responsive but Leadership is not, I never get a check in call or email from Leadership. Gary Cona, Gene Cabrera, Kelly Roque, Nicole Fischer all responsive, out client success manager doesn't return calls or emails or check in...ever!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The list is too long, our PTO/ Floating holidays were a mess (resolved to my knowledge) Benefits are not aligning properly with Fourth date of hire, We love the ATS although it doesn't go without it's glitches but we like it. TimeCo is so antiquated and not user friendly, it is too small for our Company and very inefficient, there is no one to talk to there.
