Very helpful software, especially with validation compliance

What do you like best?

Forte EDC has made the electronic data capture process very easy to use and is also able to help us with our 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.

What do you dislike?

There are a few nuances in the software that are unhelpful to certain customers, but are very beneficial to others. So a few have to use workarounds for the pieces and constraints that are not applicable for them.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving validation and compliance issues that the FDA regulates that come up with all the data received during clinical trials.
