What do you like best?

The most used feature of the product is the Reporting feature. The best part about this feature is that we can export Reports as Excel. Also, the ability to automatically report and email them is really cool. While this makes our job easier, it significantly alleviates the workload of our security unit. In addition, the web filter feature of the product is really successful. For example, the option to allow and block access to social media platforms for a certain period of time is truly fantastic.

What do you dislike?

The worst part of the product are the issues with syncing with AD. When we wanted to report by usernames, we had great difficulties because the data from AD was somehow corrupted. Because of this problem, we need to track users by their IP. Therefore, we have provided an intermediate solution for reporting with IP by reserving the IP addresses of all our company employees on DHCP server.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use the product in our company to prevent users from accessing various sites in order to ensure WEB security and to provide time-based access to some sites. It helps us prevent potential threats by filtering users' web traffic. It also helps us analyze user behavior by reporting some data such as which sites and how much time users spent. This helps us to see how our company's web security policies reflect positively or negatively on the workforce.
