What do you like best?
There's a lot to like about the system! The Journey Planner is one of the best I have used, very intuitive and with an abundance of features. I've built out some crazy campaigns that have drawn on emails, texts and direct mail with great success. Whether you want to drive revenue or just automate some BAU processes, then the system can handle it.
The email builder is powerful and 0 code, so no matter the skill level of the people in your team, everyone will be able to build good looking and powerful emails in no time. And for those of you who like to dabble in some code (like myself), you have complete access to do what needs to be done. I've yet to come up against anything that I wanted to do in an email that the system couldn't handle.
Outside of the platform, the support is second to none. No other system (and I have used HUNDREDS) has come close to the level of customer service provided by Force24. Every question, no matter how dumb or complicated, is picked up quickly and usually answered in no time at all. They're also happy to hear about platform suggestions and it genuinely feels like they listen to the customer's needs.
What do you dislike?
There's very little to dislike about the system, from a personal perspective, I like to be heavily organised and if you start running a lot of campaigns they can be hard to sort through. I've suggested a few features to help organisation within the platform and, hopefully, they will be rolled out in due course.

For the price you pay, you will not find a better system!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Force24 helps us in quite a few ways but the biggest benefit is that it allows our team to build campaigns that are truly automated. We can build them, fire them off and pretty much forgot about them as we know they will chug along in the background doing what we want them to do (no matter how complex they are).
They have allowed us to really save a lot of time as processes that were very manual in other systems we previously used, can now be automated quite quickly and the inbuilt website tracking really allows us to get more insight than ever on our customers and tailor campaigns to an extremely personal level.
