What do you like best?
The support is fantastic and App is easy to use even for team members with fewer computer skills.
The process of creating forms is very intuitive and has assisted the business in digitalising job packs and making plans accessible to everyone within the project team.
The desktop platform provides a intuitive base to create projects, reports and forms from, allowing us to amend items instantly without the need to contact Fonn, however if needed Fonn are available to support my team.
What do you dislike?
Personally I haven't found any downside to the platform as of yet
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Digitalising job packs - we have delivered materials lists, site locations, key contacts for sites, site rules, health and safety, service presence e.g water or electric, machinery required.
We are also improving our reporting - crerating daily reports from live projects to allow contracts managers to communicate with customers updating them without the constant need to visit sites. It is also beneficial for trouble shooting, we can record downtime using the issues function as well as attributing photographic evidence to the issues.
Up to date drawings and information - the app has allowed the office to communicate with the field in a much more progressive way with updated information being instantly available from site as well as from the office. For example if we are waiting on a client to confirm an alteration to design. As soon as we have the approval this can be published and a notification to the team members will be sent. Saving on trips to the yard to collect paperwork.
