FMR Relationship Management systems is the most helpful tool for us in our team.its workflow design,project management and custom development helps us in so many ways.it also helps us in reviewing of our business process.the best thing is FMR provides customisation according to requirement according to its 24*7 annual agreement.its support service is up to the mark.

What do you dislike?

What i dislike is that they charge for giving support.though, its in agreement but, in my opinion should not be chargeable.

I would recommend to all those who are looking for better CRM. it's the best as per my experience.its features and service makes it robust.
